Finally, a healthy product that tastes absolutely wonderful!
When my husband and I decided to go with anti-gluten, anti-grain, low carb diets, our biggest fear was encountering tasteless, drab options. But the reviews on this unique mix of organic almond, coconut, tapioca and Yacon root flour convinced us to give it a go. We are so tickled with the results, too. We made the pancakes, adding a little cinnamon, ginger, and ground cloves for flavor, and they were incredibly delicious. We plan on adding a mashed banana in our next mix. One serving provided a whopping thirty-six 3" pancakes so we had plenty left-over for a 2nd meal, which we will have today with berries and whipped topping. You get the tiniest crunch and essence of coconut in the flavor. The batter was a dream to pour onto the griddle and the pancakes did not overcook. We opted to try a pizza next, and again, the crust mix was incredibly user friendly and baked up beautifully. We are still newbies on pizzas, and this was our first, so having such an easy mix to work with made our experience very enjoyable. No long wait for rising, and very little kneading. We found the crust to be light, but slightly chewy, yet the denseness of the flours makes it filling and gratifying. The bread mix will be the ultimate test, as we have always relied on homemade breads created by hand with standard bread flour. With such a transition we were worried the mix would not be satisfying for our 'yeast'-filled gluten gorged taste buds. But so far the product has not let us down in either performance or flavor. On the contrary as we were shocked by the unexpected tasty results. We had a couple of questions that we addressed to the company which were quickly answered by email, and the family seems very friendly and generous with their suggestions. We are becoming dedicated to this incredibly healthy blend of almond flour and are now spreading the word to our neighbors and family. Well worth the expense and it opens doors for a much more gratifying life with the bread, pastries, pizza, and pastas, that we have come to rely upon for satisfaction. The experimental avenue for creative dishes, desserts, etc. are endless and we cannot believe the wonderful health benefits and super low carbs we are consuming as well. We highly, highly recommend!!!

Healthy versatile baking mix
Love how many different things you can make with this mix. It’s easy too. I care about eating healthy and this mix gives me peace of mind that I’m using a baking mix that’s healthy. I especially love the pancakes !

I love this mix for its ease in making delicious and healthy desserts. Comes with recipes for so many different desserts, plus biscuits and pancakes. LOVE the pancakes!!will definitely be buying it again.

Yummy and versatile
Super easy to bake and work with even for the kitchen dumb dumb that I am. The pancakes were really good but the cookies, the COOKIES were definitely our favorite.

Healthy deep dish pizza! What?
Decided to make a deep dish pizza with my daughter. It was a fun and easy activity, and the outcome was delicious! The dough has a slightly different texture than you might expect. It holds together nicely to take for a quick high protein whole food snack.

Bakery Mix
The morning after receiving our Bakery Mix, my husband Doug and I made blueberry pancakes. We made the mix as directed using vanilla almond milk and then thinned it out by adding a tad bit more milk. The consistency was just right and the pancakes were delicious.I have never before made a pie crust and this will be my next venture.Terri Cohee
