Just got this Enjoycolor A3-R DTF PRINTERXXXXXX! It sucks with the installation! All the info is in Chinese and I can't even install the software! Then I read that this software does not allow you to print Customs!! Really?! What's the point? I have made all my designs custom and in Canva! This is going back!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Spend your money on a machine that doesn't come from China!! GO WITH A USA BRAND, WHERE THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ARE IN A DIFF TIME ZONE!! I WILL BE CALLING AMAZON IN THE MORNING TO HAVE THIS P.O.S PICKED UP!!

I bought this printer and was surprised at how well it has been working. I'm very happy with my purchase. Great printer for the price. The software setup was a bit tricky for me, I did watch the videos that came along with the printer but it goes by fast with just music, but I watched it a few times and read the book and figured it out. I didn't need to reach out to customer service. It comes with everything you need to start right away.

I’ve had this since April 8th, 2024. I’ve had numerous problems with it. DTF oven went out within 2 months, and the printer isn’t working now as of last week. Ink and paper/trash button are both blinking and customer support won’t reply(but we’re wonderful when I first got it). Don’t waste your money on this brand. Print color Alignment was off within 5 months with no clue or explanation of how to fix it.

This machine is useless. Everything is in chinese and the software is hard to use. The customer is no helpful at all. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU WANT TO RETURN!! EVEN UNDER THE 30 DAY AMAZON RETURN PERIOD!! AMAZON WILL MAKE YOU WAIT ON A RETURN LABEL FROM THE SENDER. THE SENDER WILL NEVER SEND THE RETURN LABEL. AND YOU WILL HAVE LOST 3K!!! I WILL NEVER BY AN OVERSEAS UNIT AGAIN!!!!!

Software is very hard to set up but the tech people were extremely helpful getting us up and running. Mine came with one of the inks leaking and ruining the ink and paper but the company was more than willing to replace it rather than me having to send everything back.

This product is terrible!!! I purchased the product in March and I've had ZERO success in getting it started. The instructions were in Japanese. I've tried to contact the seller on several occasions by email and there is NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY!!!! WASTE OF $2500!!!!

Printer setup was pretty easy, some help was needed during software install. Printer worked fine for a month and now has blinking lights on it that we cant get support for, the website provided for support says it doesnt exist so the printer is essentially unusable until the blinking light problem is fixed

Junk don’t buy! I still haven’t been able to use it! It’s all in Chinese I only know English! Support was non existent! Wasted lots of money for something that is useless and garbage!
