Collagen Co-cell Type II , (90 Caps)

I bought this not for my skin but for joint pain. A year earlier, I had added Glucosamine and Chondroitin to my diet for arthritis pain and had noticed a significant improvement from those supplements. I didn't really anticipate any change from adding Collagen but, as it had been recommended, I thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise, I did notice some improvement in my joints after taking this for about a month. It wasn't a dramatic improvement, but a noticeable improvement nonetheless. Since I wasn't taking it for my skin, I wasn't monitoring any improvement there so I can't say whether or not it helped the elasticity of my skin. I'm ordering it again and will continue to take it as long as I see a benefit.

Didn't really see any difference after taking it every day. Will try something different.

Take these every day. I do believe they have been helping my skin.. Just re0ordered more since I am running low.

No improvement so far. Bought another bottle because guest Dr (dermotologist) on Dr Oz highly recommended this.We will see. Praying.
