I just purchased this toilet and now I love going to the bathroom! Where was this all my life?I also purched the $30 white glove delivery and for me was worthed. They delivered the toilet to where I wanted, unpacked, I inspected, and the packaging material was taken away. The toilet with the packaging is kind of heavy.Now, the issue with the instalation comes from the fact that the connections are in metric so it is not just plug in to your existing pipe, in addition that you need to have el. box installed. However, the shut off supplied is about 20 mm and that is 7/8 in US measurement. The previous person that gave review had the pictures showing the hoses and that was very helpful. We went to the box stores and specialised stored to look for a conversion connector and everyone said we don't have anything like that, they suggested searching it in Amazon. However, the one you need to buy is 7/8 for a faucet instalation and this works. For the rest follow the instructions. Keep in mind that this is chineese translated in english and sometimes the instructions sound akward, as an example, it states coulk with glass glue, we just used clear standard seal. Before you put the toilet on the hole opening it states you need to remove the bide and at first it seemed that is dificult, you dont want to break anything. We took it off easyly by starting with where the dryes is and then lift, not from the back. Also you need to diconnect the wires inside but that is easy, it is just unwind and unplug then you remove the entire unit. The bide needs to be taken off because you need to attach the toilet with the screws, for us, the supplied screws worked well. We had to cut the provided plastic flange shorter because was too long in our case. There are two rings supplied and it shows you where to put it. In our case we put them one next to the other. My point is, the install was not really difilcult if you take your time and be prepared mentally that is not going to be as the standard procedure for a toilet replacement.As far as the futures on the toilet and what it does, I love it. I get washed very time I use the toilet, as pervious person said, squicky clean, it is so true.I searched reviews on other toilets and people are complaining that after some time, they start to malfunction. I hope this one will last. All other sellers were offering 1 year warranty, this one has 2 year warranty. I am nor sure how easy will be to order replacement parts though. Keep the manual.Overall, this is a new experience for me using this type of toilet and I wholeheartedly recomended it. Once, you use it, you will never go back to a regular toilet. I am planing for my other bathroom, to buy just the electic bide to install onto the existing toilet since it is for guests but I still use it once in while.

I own a Toto washlet already but purchased this one for the guest bathroom. It’s worth every penny. Not only does it look good, work great but the customer service is unbeatable! Although fairly easy install, one should have some common knowledge of plumbing and be comfortable with putting it place. Handyman skills would definitely come in handy. Should you hire a olumber make sure to send install instructions to them pre arrive and make sure they have experience installing these type of toilets. Also check the drain and old plank pre in case any adjustments are needed before the install date. Would 100000% buy again and highly recommend!

Sam and James were nothing short of AMAZING…. We had questions and when a couple of small issues popped up about how to use the remote control, for example, they walked us through it with ease. I simply can’t say enough about how good and quickly responsive the customer service was. The toilets are well-built, adaptive, easy to use, able to handle “big ones 😃”, quiet, warm, and easy on the eyes… they add a nice decor to a room, they are VERY EASY TO CLEAN, and the bowl does a great job of cleaning itself. The light at night is fantastic…. Water use stays low… the lid is easy to open and close without feeling like you are touching anything you don’t want to touch. And, again, as GREAT as the toilet and bidet are, the customer service was FANTASTIC and the look of the toilet VERY CLASSY! We wish we had more bathrooms!

Overall, a very nice bidet toilet.Delivery was fast, and the packaging was solid.Accessories: Standard U.S. fittings. I think Luoware has upgraded their accessories.Manual: Straightforward and easy to follow.Installation: Took me about an hour to remove the old toilet and install the new one. Pretty easy to hook up.Functions: Built-in tank and electric pump, Heated seat, multi-cleansing bidet, dryer, foot-sensing flush, auto flush, and more. I’m really happy with it.

This review is for the Luoware Smart Toilet. It has all the features described. I took a star off for lacking the pre-wet feature and for the fact that it came with a leak due to improper installation by the manufacturer. But I emailed them and they responded with a solution within a few hours. I was able to resolve the leak myself. You can buy with confidence knowing they're going to be there for you should the need arise.

Came in broken!

This toilet is excellent. You can tell the company really puts a lot of thought into their products.(1) Installation was easy. Standard fittings and a clear manual—no issues at all.(2) The smart toilet needs to be plugged in, and they’ve included an blackout flush feature, so you can still use it if your power goes out.(3) Plus, they’ve thought about homes with low water pressure by adding a built-in tank and electric booster pump. They’ve really got you covered.Sleek and modern with tons of features, plus it’s easy to use—highly recommended!

Works great and would love another one in my second bathroom. Customer service is excellent. Easy to keep clean and good flush.
