I recently traveled to Japan and brought back several high end Knives. I did not want to just throw them in the dis washer, but wanted to make sure i got them clean. They are razor sharp and i keep them that way. I could shave with them in a pinch. I was cutting up my sponge and having trouble getting them clean without worry of slicing my hand. This solves both issues. If held right, no worries of cutting yourself and i use one sponge side and one brush side for best cleaning.

Exactly what I hoped for

I thought the bristles would scratch my stainless steel knife blades, but they don't. The "soft sponge" does not come with the product, although the sandpaper attachment does. The sandpaper scrubbers scratched my stainless steel knife blades, but I guess I could try using them on plastic or glass.

The brush insert not that fond off, but the sanding insert worked good on an old set of knives I had in storage that had a little bit of rust on the blades. Help remove any caked on food that has been setting for a while. Overall please with them.

Easily cleans your knives without cutting yourself or your dishcloths. Cleans oven racks, forks, kitchen scissors. I really use mine a lot. Throw it in dishwasher when it needs to be cleaned.

I use these to clean my good and very sharp knives. They are easy to use, easy to clean and keep me from cutting myself! I highly recommend these!

I love these knife and cutlery cleaners.I can't tell you how many sponges I destroyed while I was cleaning knives. These brush cleaners are so much better!
