Q: Are these suitible for 3yr olds

Yes, I brought them for my 2year old and they have been fine for him, fully adjustable to fit any head size. We’ve at them for a year now!

Hi, To adjust the earmuffs, on the hinged slowly pull it downward.

They reduce the noise but don't block it out completely. It would depend on how loud the music was. You may want to use ear plugs as well or noise cancelling headphones.
