I got this as a gift for my friend who is a mom and loves makeup. She is very picky with bags and actually liked that the tote bag was not too bulky; just big enough to put her daughters' dance stuff or extra diapers if they go to the beach or have long day of competitions, etc. You could even hide a bottle of wine in there and it will hold lol. The makeup bag was a pretty good size as well.

I got the one with an "A" on it for my wife's initial and she loves these bags. The large one became her new shopping bag and the small one became a makeup bag. She's been using them pretty much daily for 2 weeks and they are holding up nicely even with a moderate amount of groceries. The zippers get a 3 out of 5 stars from me though. The pulls are a brushed aluminum and they look and feel premium but the zippers themselves feel like they should have used one step up in quality. They feel less sturdy than I would like. They don't feel cheap but they don't feel high quality either. The straps seem very sturdy but looking at the stitching they don't seem to be reinforced so I wouldn't trust it with very heavy loads. The canvas material is a medium thickness. It's not a thick heavy canvas bag it's more medium strength. I wouldn't use it like you can use a full on canvas bag made with thick canvas. This one is by no means thin or cheap, it's just not the same level of thickness you get from an expensive brand. If you can get it at a price that seems reasonable to you I would say pick your letter and order one. My wife likes hers.

I'm giving this 4 stars because it looks very nice and seems durable enough, but it isn't as high quality as the photos make it seem. The fabric isn't very stiff and doesn't hold its shape. It's more like a reusable shopping bag. The bag does look very nice though, and it looks like a higher end bag when full of stuff. I also really like that it came with a smaller matching pouch. Good bag just not as nice as it seemed

I wanted this bag to use at the beach, and it is even better than I expected. Here is why!- It is a great size. I can fit multiple large beach towels, snacks, several water bottles, and even some small for my kids inside...all at the same time! The small bag works to hold my phone and wallet, which keeps them from getting lost in the pile.- It's very sturdy. The handles are strong, and the seams are well-sewn, so I'm not afraid to really fill it full of whatever I need, because it can handle the weight.- The bottom keeps out sand! That was an unexpected bonus, because I thought the entire bag was canvas. But the inside black part at the bottom is coated with a somewhat plastic material that keeps the sand from getting all over our stuff.- It's pretty! The monogram looks really good, and there aren't any popped seams or cheap-looking materials.I highly recommend this one. It would make a great gift for bridesmaids, Christmas, birthdays, hostess gifts, or any other occasion!

This bag is beautiful. The canvas is strong and can withhold more weight than I expected. If you’re looking for value for your money without coming way out of pocket - this bag is it. It’s super cute, love the personalization, and it’s brilliant color.

This is a very nice canvas tote bag. I love the fact that it comes with a matching make up bag. This makes an excellent gift for mothers, sisters, aunts, and daughters. The tote bag is roomy and sturdy. I like carrying the tote around because it's beautiful and stylish. I would definitely recommend this to others, no question.
