I've had this now a month and find it very comfortable, I had a similar shaped one long ago though possibly flatter, this does seem quite high so where the groove goes to the middle I find I tend to sleep on the edge, but as it's memory foam it is comfortable non the less...The bottom line is that the quality of memory foam is there, upon removing from it's packing it is very compacted, I as I'm sure others have done thought I'd got something not suitable but it quite quickly filled out quite impressively...As for the smell, it's a non-issue for me, after reading some reviews I thought I'd just peg it on the line for most of the first day but I never got around to it, even deliberately smelling it it's not something that I find bothering or particularly strong though there is a very slight chemical smell for want of a better description...It comes with it's own cover, which is white and so I'd like the option to buy a spare, I'm not sure that is possible as I couldn't see anything linked on the page as Amazon would normally do...I would certainly buy this again though hopefully that won't be for sometime...

Got this pillow to give my neck more support. After months of neck pain and stiffness during the day and then affecting my sleep badly I decided to try this pillow. Feels like it has saved my life as from the first night I used it I have slept peacefully and without discomfort. My problem neck is supported. Will recommend to anyone with neck problems!

Good value for money

I am using it for over a month now and it is quite good for my neck. I usually have stiff neck problem and after using this pillow my problem has resolved. When i wake up in the morning i don't have any pains around my shoulder or neck. I'm impressed by the quality of fabric and the right level of firmness, which is especially important. Would highly recommend.

Have had on my bed now a few weeks to try get used to it and I still find it uncomfortable for both side and back sleeping positions. Def worth a try but I’m going to look for a something else.

Much to my surprise my wife who is wheelchair bound and is restricted to sleeping on her back, finds the pillow makes a real difference to sleep quality and comfort.

I bought this pillow because I suffer from back and neck pain and I have to tell that this pillow is very comfortable and it is supporting my neck really well. It is also good for side sleepers

Great item and comfortable, but I don’t know why they don’t make it the length and width of a standard pillow case, as it doesn’t fit and is too small for the case

Love this product!! So sad that it's out of stock right now I'd buy 3 more! Great how it's machine washable and won't soak up water like other competitive brands. (Also I put mine in the dryer and it came out the great) it's firm but will still shape to your body type. It won't smush or flat out. Price is well worth it you can definitely feel the quality!! Supplier if you're reading this please restock soon!!

This pillow is soft yet firm enough to support my head and correctly align my neck. The quality of my sleep had greatly improved. I would prefer a more concave design, but for the money, this pillow has met my needs.

I have tried tons of pillows from Amazon, sent all back but this one. Cheap but effective . For some reason, the support is far better than the costlier ones or the gels..and this is firmer, yet doesn't hurt the neck like the others.
