Fixed a poorly fitted door handle
Fantastic item! Fixed a poorly fitted door handle in minutes. I also have a spare set due to this shipping with 4 bolts. Definitely going to use these for installing any door handles in the future.

One of the best things I've purchased
Purchased these bolts and sleeves to reattach a bathroom door handle as the previous screws wouldn't reattach the handle. Easy to shorten - I used pliers and a firm grip! After a few minutes and manipulating the long bolt, the un wanted bit 'snapped' off, door handle reattached - voila job done, definitely recommended.

Description should include all measurements
The listing should include more measurements. The bolt itself is an M4 but of course the sleeve is bigger (4.8) so it doesn’t fit my handles. My rose is too small to drill it bigger so I will need to order the M3s and will look for a listing including the sleeve size!It also bent really easily but that’s to be expected in a trimmable bolt.

Determining the length is easy as they are very long and just need cutting, make sure you get the correct diameter.

Really useful items (review includes notes on my experience installing)
We have had trouble with the door handles in our flat falling off due to poor quality hollow core doors not holding traditional screws properly. After some searching I found these and they have worked perfectly to solve the problem.notes when installing these:1: DO NOT over tighten when installing as I snapped one in the process 😣2: I had to cut the screws to size, but there are sections marked off along the length to aid in this. ( take care in handling the screws after cutting with a hacksaw, as they can get quite hot)3: I had to drill out the screw holes slightly in the door handle to allow the screw head to be flush. (This could vary between types and makes of handle)All in all very pleased with this purchase.
