MG217Psoriasis Medicated Multi-Symptom Cream 3.5 oz (Pack of 3)

For any itching on arms or legs, a dab of this stuff will take care of it immediately. It also works well in general for dry/cracked skin on hands/knuckles. Very useful to have around. My only complaint is that the tube is not very easy to use, often times a lot more cream than I need comes out or barely any comes out at all; I would suggest alternative packaging.

When you have eczema its all trial and error to get relief. This was recommended by a friend of a friend, and it works for me eczema most of the time. I'd say it's my second choice most times
