I've bought a few different string lights like this. Generally they're good. The main pains is unraveling them and getting them set up, especially if you put them on trees. When you unravel them sometimes it gets wrapped around itself, or snags itself. It's just very annoying and frustrating. Same thing when you try to put them on trees or whatever. For some reason the little lights on that super thin wire like to keep snagging things. You can expect these lights to last at least a year. I have some from another seller that still work but they're wearing out. May just need new batteries, cause batteries lose their efficiency over time. With that said, for some reason one of my strings of light arrived with a wire snapped, and it's like someone tried to hide it or something, cause the wire was twisted back together. But when I turned the lights on the half that was behind where that snap was, didn't work. So whoever did that, twisting it back together doesn't work. I should have taken a picture but I was short on time so I just cut the end that didn't work off and set them up. Luckily I didn't need the whole string length to make my plan work. It's very odd that happened.

These are sweet twinkling lights that work well in the weather! Great deal for a set of two.

They were visible from the street and lasted the halloween season. They are wire, so they are very annoying to unravel. Also, the settings were difficult to figure out. I couldnt tell if I had them on or off during the day. I would have to wait until night to know if they were on and to adjust their tempo. I liked them, though.

One of them work’s fantastic! I never could get the other one to charge. But I don’t know if it’s user error or what.

The lights have held up against wind and heavy rains. They look great. They are wound up with the lights first and the solar sensor being at the end of the spool. This makes you unwind and place the lights while holding the excess wire and sensor.... While you're wrapping and winding the lights you have to make sure that the sensor is going to end up at the end close enough to the ground and that you don't have too many lights left over at the end. It would be easier if you could place the sensor into the ground and wrap up and around so that you get the lights place to evenly at first attempt. But they're well worth the trouble and they look great!!

I’ve had many of these types of solar lights for our backyard sun-drenched area in Florida. These lights never stay lit for more than two hours while others stay lit almost the whole night. Just ordered a different brand to replace these.

I did not receive a owners manual, and one out of the 2 sets of lights does not work. I contacted customer service and they are auppose to send a replacement. I will update when it arrives.UPDATE!!!!!I received a replacement set of lights very quickly once I submitted my request to the company. I still did not receive a manual though, but the lights work great, very bright and fun!!!!

Super bright great value for money

These are so pretty, the great thing about them is you cannot see the wires on the tree during daylight but they are soooo bright at night, I look at them for hours at night - love them!!!
