Hi Daniel no instructions are provided but if you look on u tube there are loads of videos but I will say that a 21 inch frame makes it easier with a bit more room to play with I am still working on mine all good fun.

Q: Could I fit this on my bmx bike? It’s a very thick sturdy one has it for over ten years and still like new.

No it has to be a v frame mountain bike

Q: Can you fit this kit on a bike with disc brakes

Only front disc brake, you can’t have a rear one as the drive gear goes where the disc would normally go
