Just used this iron soldering and doesn't get hot enought. Bought this few months ago so can't return. Avoid it.

Just opened the box (a) No information regarding warranty registration? (b) No support contact information whatsoever? (c) What is the specification and composition of the supplied solder? (c) Temperature display does not appear accurate? (d) Albeit a DIY tool, appears fragile and cheap.

Für Hobby völlig ausreichend.
Der Lötkolben "zieht" etwa 75 Watt und ist damit weit entfernt von den 120 Watt, die angegeben werden.Der Lötkölbenständer ist ein Witz - aber leider kein guter.Eine Lõtspitze ist eingebaut, 5 verschiedene andere sind schon dabei.Die Anheizzeit beträgt etwa 90 Sekunden, danach läßt sich wunderbar damit löten, der Lötkolben ist recht leicht, hat aber trotzdem genügend Dampf um auch etwas mehr Material auf Temperatur zu bekommen. Das funktioniert also recht gut und deshalb bleibt das Ding hier.Hoffentlich hält das Ding auch ein bisschen länger durch.

Zum Löten unbrauchbar
Finger weg von diesem Mist. Habe mir es zum löten gekauft aber ich bekomme damit nicht mal Modellbaukabel gelötet geschweige denn T Stecker o.ä. Selbst nicht wenn ihr ihn auf 500C voll aufdreht. Normal müsste bei der Temperatur das Lötzinn sofort schmelzen an der Lötspitze. Tut es aber nicht.Kauft euch einen Lötkolben mit einer Spitze aus vollem Material die in den Lötkolben gesteckt und mit einer Kreuzschraube geklemmt werden so wie es früher war die werden richtig heiß und halten die Temperatur. Muss mir in Zukunft dann wieder den alten Lötkolben von meinem Onkel aus dem Nachbarort leihen. Der ging immer super.
