Just what I needed to replace a mechanical hard drive with an SSD drive in a Dell desktop.Can't go wrong with a 2 pack!!

All makes are fiddly to install with tiny screws...but they do work... Not expensive

Mounted an SSD drive on one of these and it worked good.

These adapter mounts are made from stamped steel and they have properly located holes to fit in place of a standard 3.5 drive. Unfortunately, like so many other adapters the tapped holes are not the same thread as #6-32 UNC screws that are standard for mounting 3.5 drives. This is only an issue if you are trying to mount this adapter using special screws included with a computer that act as locking pins to hold the drive in place. I was able to re-tap the holes so that I could use this bracket in a micro sized desktop computer that used proprietary mounting screws. Another issue that I encountered was that since these brackets center a 2.5 drive in the center, the power and SATA cable do not connect in the same location as is standard on 3.5 drive. This was an issue on the computer I installed it in due to the cables being routed through a tight hole in the computer case. I was able to make it work with a different cable that is routed incorrectly.With all of that said, these are well-made adapters and with two modifications from the manufacturer they would be perfect.To the manufacturer:1. In addition to the centered 2.5 drive mounting holes which is great for better drive cooling, add 4 more holes to position the 2.5 drive’s connectors to where they are normally located on a 3.5 drive.2. Tap the 6 side mounting screw to accept #6-32 UNC screws like a standard 3.5 drive.

It was a perfect fit. Very easy to install. Nice finish. Extra screws. The other negative reviews on this product that I have seen were written by people who didn't know what they were doing. Remember it is supposed to convert a 2.5 inch wide SSD drive to a 3.5 inch wide hard drive space for mounting. The only problem was the screwdriver included was a blade type rather than a Phillips type. Nice to have an extra screwdriver but it was useless.

I selected the Mounting Bracket 2 pack from Ruaeoda for pricing but I was amazed by the quality.The brackets have the right thickness, NOT flimsy at all. They came very well packaged and included several extra screws.The only weird thing is that all the screws are Philips and the included screwdriver is a Flat one making it completely useless.Everybody loves a a gift but if you are going to include something in my package please make it useful.

Great value for the money and easy to install. I have been using this product for several years and I have always found it extremely easy to install; but, I am also a computer repair technician that creates custom computers for a living. This product is a definite “must-have“ for anyone looking to build their own computer, especially if you are installing a 2.5 inch drive.

It took me a second to install not because it wasn't easy but because I was confused on how to remove the tray inside my computer to install it. Once I figured it out I only took about 1 minute to pop in the harddrive screw it up and place it back into my computer.

No se adaptan al 100% a discos ssd.
