Very disappointed with this tool. Installing the little blade isn’t easy at all, you have to bend it without breaking it to insert it into the pen, needless to say I broke the first 2. After I got the blade inserted I tried “carving” out the design I made on my clients head and it did nothing! I was hoping this would help cut down the time it takes me to make a design. Needless to say I ended up using my clippers.

I bought this expecting the worst but I am amazed. I wear glasses and can't see much up close with out them. I hate going to the shop to get the threaded or waxed. This and a magnifying mirror saved the day. It let's you get very detailed. I love it.

This is not a trimmer. I’m a barber and I would never use this on a client as I would get sued for scarring them. The blade snapped as I was trying to put it together. Cheap material. Just overall a never again. Don’t purchase.

I bought this because my fiancé has a small portion of hair she has shaved in the back that I shave designs into. unfortunately every time I used this it drew blood even when I was being overly-cautious. but it does it's job. if you do use this...don't force the blades in when you replace them, you have to be very difficult and understand that you can't force the blade to make a smaller loop for shaving.

I used this on my 21 year old son and even holding the pen correctly it drew blood and did not efficiently cut the hair. very disappointed with this product

Hell yeah! Wish had taken pictures but man this make life easier. Definitely a learning experience but I if you don't have razor skills you might want to learn before using this. I personally love it!

I cast my vote with the other one-star reviewers. It tends to pull the hair out, not cut it smoothly. Repeated passes over the same area eventually removed the hair, but left a razor-burn rash. I find it impossible to believe that the artistic design work in the pictures were achieved using this tool. Also, loading the blade it difficult and can easily lead to breaking or bending the blade. I'll be returning it.

Works well but does hurt the person getting their hair cut. Happy with end results but on a pain scale of 1-10. People have been telling me it’s a 4-7. I looked up how to use it and read directions. If used incorrectly it could cut someone, but lines are clean and it does make nice designs
