I've been spoiled by L-theanine in many melatonin products. It just helps a lot with the process of getting sleepy - whereas melatonin itself mostly seems to aid in the actually sleeping part, not getting calm and relaxed to start sleeping.When I need it, though, it works. I sleep deeper and more soundly. The liquid dropper makes it fairly easy to meter out the dose to what you need so you're not stuck taking too much or too little as gummies or capsules might force you to do.Taste isn't bad, either! It's rather pleasant.

It’s amazing how this product works for me. I was skeptical at first as i am always sleep deprive. Pro long computer games was my norm and i sleep only 4hrs or less. This product really helps me get that 6-7hrs of sleep. I always mix it with a glass of water before heading to bed.

I have tried the tablets and they didn't work for me, but this really does. I don't get a lot of sleep (4hrs at most a night) and usually toss about all through it, but since I started taking this I get much more restful sleep.

I like the taste, however to fall asleep you half to take more than the recommended dose. But it make you fall asleep. I love the vile it's im and the droplet to measure the dose.

This melatonin is a nice supplement. The bottle is a good size and the dropper makes it easy to take. The flavor is nice and the liquid itself is very thin so it’s not hard to take.

These haven't worked at all for me at all I am normally tired when I finally get to bed to sleep but even with using these drops up to an hour before bedtime, I am still waking up several times a night these melatonin drops still haven't given me a full night's rest, so I am very disappointed with these not working like they are advertised to do.
