Well Put Together
The actual punching bag is well made to take a lot of punishment. To fill up the base is easy because of the size of the hole compared to other bases that seem to have filling issues. Easy to put together. I am using sand with about about remaining and I added water, the bag goes nowhere. I would highly recommend this bag because of it being narrow which trains you to keep your punches along the "powerline" for effective and powerful punches with either hand.

Good exercise.
Took about 2 hours to put together. Most time spent getting sand into base. We'll made, durable. Good to add to your exercise program.

Stable Punching Bag
The item got delivered to us pretty quickly as two packages together. There are pictures in the user manual for the installation so we were able to get the whole thing setup in under an hour. I also appreciate the fact that they included a wrench in the box so you don't need any extra tools for the installation. Currently, I didn't filled the base with any materials and it is still stable enough for me to punch around. Probably because my wooden floor allows it to have a strong suction so it works very well. Overall I definitely recommend people to try this punching bag👍

I haven't found any quality issues with it so far, it's well made and smooth, and it's a good choice for someone who likes boxing.

Sturdy and durable!
It’s easy to put together, pretty straightforward on how to do it. My husband was able to put it by himself, and it didn’t take too long to tighten the screws together. The material is smooth and high quality. It’s sturdy especially after adding the sands. It’s durable, as my son and husband have been using this almost daily for about 2 months during their karate practices, and it’s still as good as new. It has good resistance from all the kicks and punches. The gloves fit normal adult size hands. Overall, impressive quality and solid product for us.

This product is great!
For my two older boys. It took me and my kids 15 minutes to assemble. High quality materials and good response to various physical attacks. The mat at the bottom is great and it allows my kids to throw knees. I was very impressed with the quality of this special free-standing sandbag, and for this price, this product is fantastic! I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.
