Advertised that the elf would come with accessories.The elf is lovely and the kids love him, but paid extra for this elf as he came with Accessories and he didnt. disappointed.Can't seem to contact anyone about this, it's a return and refund situation that's not applicable to do when the elf is needed.

Only received the earmuffs and scarf. Clearly advertised as an elf with accessories, extremely disappointed and need a refund.
