I’ve used the lite weight polyethylene ones and they just don’t work, just a dribble neck pad.This one is memory foam and is very comfortable it’s also firm and does hold up your head preventing the horrid neck ache. It has a hood and it does cover the eyes so you can have it pitch dark for day time sleeps.The pull cords fell useless but does hold the ends together enough for comfort and tight like a neck tie.I’m very happy with this, only wish I could pack it up smaller and then carry pouch could be smaller.Its main purpose I brought this for is 100% successfully completed with merits, it’s so comfortable and zero neck ache. So good. Just wish it was a little bit more portable. Great price

So I bought this for a flight. Came well packaged in a small stuff sack. A bit of a smell to it but nothing an airing out won’t fix.Only issue is when wearing it depending on the seat configuration it can cause your head to be pushed forward if the seats headrest is not adjustable. Just something to be aware of and it would affect all round the neck pillows like these. However I must add the hood is a smart addition and saves the discomfort of wearing an eye mask.Nice product of sleeping in the car though!

This is small enough when in its pouch to easily transport. It is perfectly comfortable and the hood protects from dirt/germs while also adding to a cosiness. Great buy. Great value.

Good item the good comes off too if you wish

I do travel a lot and what I notice is it's very useful when travelling by land. But when I boarded an airplane I notice that it's a bit firm and when in contact with the head rest it's a bit uncomfortable at the neck. Too bad I like the added hoodie features.

Sadly didn’t get to try this out due to my wife’s ill health we had to cancel our planed flight.

This was a birthday present for my grandson due to go on long flight. He was really happy with the present.

This offers the best comfort and support of the ones I’ve tried. The face cover is handy as it doesn’t need to be used, but can be used and offers quite a significant amount of light reduction.It’s a fairly bulky item, even when it’s in its stuff sack, but if space isn’t a factor then I’d recommend it

Ho usato il cuscino per circa un mese durante il mio viaggio in Perù, su aerei e bus. Devo dire che l'ho trovato abbastanza comodo per quando avevo schienali verticali, meno su schienali piu reclinabili come bus notturni con inclinazioni da 160 gradi, ho trovato estremamente utile il cappuccio che aiuta a dormire quando c'è ancora luce pero vuoi cominciare ad adattarti al fuso orario del paese di destinazione.È morbido il giusto e si adatta alla forma della testa, il problema che ho riscontrato io è che non stringe a sufficienza attorno al collo non dando quindi molto supporto, lasciando che il collo si pieghi inevitabilmente da un lato o dall'altro.Il sacchetto dentro il quale si inserisce non è molto resistente e circa 3 settimane si è cominciato a strappare lungo la cucitura, tornato a casa l'ho fatto presente al venditore che ha subito spedito un cuscino sostitutivo, quindi eccellente supporto.

Hemos usado esta almohada de viaje con capucha en casa viendo la tele sentado en el sofá, especialmente cuando el dolor de cuello no permite hallar una postura adecuada. Con esta almohada es más fácil encontrarla. También la hemos usado en viaje largo en coche, especialmente después de haber parado a comer, la acompañante se pegó una siesta que ya la hubiera querido yo, así que deduje que la almohada le resultó cómoda y efectivamente me lo confirmó después.Ofrece un excepcional soporte para el cuello (la mayoría de almohadas de viaje son más cilindricas y está es más cuadrangular por detrás, por ello ofrece mayor apoyo) evitando las tensiones posturales y la incomodidad durante los viajes largos.Al ser más ancha que otras no sólo rellena el espacio del cuello sino que también es un apoyo para la cabeza. Así es más parecido a la almohada de la cama. Porque además al ser ajustable se puede abrir o cerrar con los cordones y la trabilla para colocarse a gusto, en posición frontal, de medio lado o apoyado en la ventana en caso de ir en avión, bus o tren.La tenemos siempre plegada y guardada en su bolsa, así queda bastante compacta y se recoge sin ocupar apenas espacio y más protegida de polvo. Sí me preocupaba que tras estar tiempo tan comprimida luego no se recuperase. De momento sigue volviendo a se forma habitual al poco de desenfundarla. Esta característica es una buena ventaja porque la hace nada engorrosa a la hora de viajar.La capucha realmente sólo la usamos el primer día, por curiosidad. Dado que siempre hemos usado la almohada en un entorno privado, no la hemos necesitado.Es una tela ligera y suave, no es algo pesado que caiga sobre la cara por lo que no agobia tenerla por encima y sí que aísla un poco del entorno (la técnica del avestruz de esconder la cabeza) y bloquea algo la luz, tampoco es que se esté en absoluta oscuridad, pero al menos no da directamente en los ojos.Me gusta mucho que la funda sea extraible para poderla lavar, lleva una cremallera en la parte de abajo. También lleva un par de bolsillitos a los lados que permite poner ahí pequeños objetos para tenerlos a mano.De los tapones de oídos no opino porque en mi caso o no venían o fueron a la basura con el embalaje. Yo no los he llegado a ver.El material es bueno.La espuma viscoelástica se compacta bien y con rapidez vuelve a tomar su forma una vez fuera de la funda.La funda es una tela agradable al tacto y está bien cosida.Para mí, esta almohada es muy recomendable.

Having tried (and returned) a couple of similar travel pillows, I decided to stick with this one. Its main advantage over the competitors was good size for a man's neck size 18" and the adjustable coupling at the ends which not every travel pillow features - it provides great support and firmness during a nap. The fabric is super nice (I personally don't like fleece or any other fluffiness so this one felt really cosy, smooth and kind of chill). The hood is fantastic and was actually my main factor of choice and it works great - protects you from the almost infra-sensory A/C flow that can get you into a cold after a nap.The only flaw of this product would be in my opinion the accompanying packing sack, which - while otherwise a great thing to have - has one missing thing to it. It would benefit from a little material loop (or better: two) to firmly hook it to a backpack. All you have here is a drawstring with a cord lock, but when you use carabiner to hook it up, after some 30 step, the whole bulk starts loosening up to the drawstring's maximum length and then it bounces all around you. A small loop at the bottom would have keep it in place.As it usually happens with various compression sacks, this one also feels minimally too small. I wouldn't really care if it were holding some equipment stuff, but it's holding a skin-touching item, so I'd appreciate if it could close the pillow tightly and securely. Feels like additional 1-2 cm worth of material would do the job.I'm looking now to find a third-party compression sack alone to make me happy and all set for my next train ride.
