Pleasantly surprised
On my second bottle. I am so surprised on how lovely this foundation is. It matches my complexion perfectly, it's light and yet gives a good coverage. The price is outstanding, I used to buy Bobbi Brown, not anymore!

It’s great!
This is actually a lovely foundation. Very surprised by it! I have always gone for full coverage foundations because I don’t like my skin on my face, BUT, you can build coverage with this and it feels super light on the skin. I was worried at first as it looked like water when it pumped out and was super runny, but was shocked by the coverage of this runny stuff! It does leave a less dewy look that I was hoping for, but it’s definitely not far off. Great foundation.

Great foundation
I still can’t believe I stumbled upon this foundation by accident and it’s fab. Great texture with a light-medium coverage which is perfect for me . Glides on and lasts and has no smell which I prefer . Brilliant value for money , only downside , it can be difficult to buy , often out of stock .

Good coverage, great color
I bought the 1.2Y, and it matches my skin very well. I used to buy Fenty foundation, but I ended up with the wrong color foundation twice, and I'm very pleased to find this one. As other have pointed out, it's quite runny, but it applies very well with a beauty blender. A foundation brush might work too, if you pump it on the back of your hand first. Anyway - moderate coverage, great product as is to be expected by the Ordinary.

Not sure what about it makes it a serum?
It distributes well, the coverage is good and buildable, although the very very liquid formula takes some getting used to. It oxidises quickly and the colour will get slightly darker after application. Your skin has to be well prepared for this one, otherwise it will sit in fine lines or patches of dry skin. Not particularly durable. I don't quite understand why it's called a serum since I can't find any skincare benefits to it. Doesn't irritate my dry sensitive skin, but doesn't do it any favours either. In general, it's an ok cheap foundation, but nothing to write home about.

Really light. Great coverage. Long wearing.
I have two shades I bought a medium that was really dark but loved the feel and coverage so bought the very fair shade and I mix the two together to get the right shade. So light feels like no make up and doesn’t sit in the lines on mature skin. Apparently discontinued .. why! Best foundation I’ve ever used including the pricey brands .

Minimal cover
Does not last. Very sheer and minimal cover, good in a slightly darker colour for a daytime tint maybe.
