I ordered four different brands to compare, and these mostly-cotton Zakiras won handily. 1) NICE shade of almost true red--maybe ever so slightly on the cool side, not at all orangey, and NOT too dark: really perfect. I want red socks to be a statement, obviously, but not garish. 2) Comfortable, perfect stretch that stays up yet without binding, constricting or leaving a mark. 3) Versatile--basically an upscale casual vibe that can be dressed up or dressed down. Fine with loafers, fine with sneakers. I bought five more pairs. Second place was Stance, which looks and feels more like an athletic sock--perfectly comfortable and looked good, a little tighter than Zakira but not constricting. I kept the Stance socks but didn't buy more. Chaps and Tiemart I'm returning.

Most comfortable all-cotton socks I've ever worn. A bit pricy, but definitely getting what you pay for in quality. Super soft inside and out, the ribbing has good stretch without looking thin on a wider calf/ankle, and the colors are bright and true to the product images. I wear US men's shoe size 10E and bought both sizes to try out. The 7-12 is closer but the 6-9 also fit just fine, no tightness or tugging at the heel.The product tag recommends that you do NOT put these in the dryer but let them hang dry. I have followed this instruction and agree, they come out good as new, but note that they do take longer than other items to dry this way due to the terry cotton being absorbent and thick.

These are really good socks. They are also great socks for the money. I was looking for some bright crew sock and took a chance. I'm glad I did. The color is intense. They wash well. So far, no pilling. I would recommend them.

Glad I found these socks. They are the hard to find green color that I've been looking for, as well as being made with a good amount of cotton - which is a must for me. Also a good amount of cushion, so comfortable!

Great socks I got the bright orange and hot pink tho pink a bit less vibrant than pictured but nice weight, kind of in between light and medium weight which is what I wanted. Appear well made. Don’t bunch up in shoes when walking. Stay in place.

Too stretchy, too tight, too small. Ordered Large for my10/10 1/2 shoe size. Pilling after only half dozen (or less) wearings and washes.

Wanted to purchase different socks then what I usually buy, so far this pair has been very comfortable and slips on well to my feet if they hold up well might get another pair in the future.

Super-comfi with no problems with being too hot or with excess perspiration on cool to quite warm days when riding 3+ hours at a time. The color is vibrant and the socks are showing no fading or wear after many wash/dry cycles.

These are nice quality and the colour is great. I’m a size fourteen shoe size and these have enough stretch that they are perfectly comfortable. I’m quite happy with them.The one down side: that awful chemical smell when you take them out of the plastic bag. It is truly nasty. You need to wash them right away. After that, they are fine. So not a deal breaker but just be aware you will not be wearing them as soon as they are delivered.
