I Love it! It is so buttery soft on one side & the other side is silky smooth too! I originally got it for my dog that has Epilepsy to help keep him cool during a Se!zure but it is great for a person or a dog😅 It's comfortable & stays evenly cold, it's large enough & even comes with a freezer bag to keep it in so it doesn't get icky or icy in the freezer...

Works great with soft feel to the skin and not too cold. Great for any area when you need it. Backside is colder and may sweat since it is more a vinyl side.

Good ice pack but it doesn’t fit around my shoulders like I needed. I have to hold it in places I’ll prob return and see if there’s a bigger one..

I’ve struggled with chronic neck pain for the last 12 years and have had my fair share of heating pads and ice packs. Even patches and creams. This is by far the best ice pack I’ve come across. It is perfect for my neck as it can be draped over my shoulders or I can lay flat with it. Stays cold for about 30-45mins before I feel like I need to put it back in the freezer. It’s helped calm my pain a lot.

The media could not be loaded. It's a pretty blue. The plush side is soft. It would be fine if you only wanted it for heating. However, when you put it in the freezer, the vinyl and gel gets very stiff and hard. You can't wrap it around your neck because it's too stiff. So for that reason I would not recommend it for a neck ice wrap. Also there needs to be some type of connector to hold the two shoulder ends around your neck to keep it from falling off.I will be returning this one.

Obviously, this could be bigger, but that would make it much harder for me to fit in the freezer and likely increase the price. This does well on both sides. The soft side is nice if you're just applying and then I switch to the other side, which is much colder. I would estimate it stays frozen for at least 15-20 mins, which is plenty for me on the cold side. I'll definitely pick up similar ice packs for other parts of the body in the future

Arrived on time. Box was in good condition. Placed it in the freezer for four hours. Started using it for 20 mins and it worked well.The material is what it’s supposed to be. It didnt leak, its not rock hard solid, its flexible and covered my neck and shoulder. But this is based off of a smaller person. What fits me, may not work on the shoulders or neck for others. All in all, I like it. Does the job 🤙🏻

This ice pack was a game changer for me. It fits like A glove around my shoulder stays cold for a long time and would highly recommend this product

Heats up In 2 minutes for me, And the cold last a long time.

My shoulders muscles burn after work. This helps cool them. It’s so comfortable, I fall asleep with it on my shoulders.
