Love this juicer, it’s not loud sounding. After about three uses, it’s real easy to take a part and clean.

I put it in reverse three times and ended up prying it open to get it apart, my hands hurt, and I am a drywall hanger :( I have been using an expensive Omega that is ten years old. IT IS EASY TO CLEAN. This has seven pieces not three. Pulp extractor is impossible to flush out because of the angle. I am not sure how it has an 88% rating??

Machine seems sturdy and is relatively quiet for this type of product. However, the "on" switch seems flimsy and I feel it will break easily. Only one speed but does have reverse gear. There was NO paperwork with the product and no online info except a video to put it together and take apart. No online reviews and the Amazon reviews were for an energy drink!There is no warranty information and I was not given an option to purchase an extended warranty at checkout. It is a moderately expensive product so a warranty is important.

Started to make my apple juice with oranges and machine stoped worked in the middle of the FIRST JUICE , I hope I can get my refund

Keep working through the bugs. This one is currently #1 juicer and state of the art juicer chief!

Works fine for fruits, but not for celery or ginger. Flimsy parts. My hardworking Omega is less expensive. (This was a holiday gift for my daughter-in-law.)

I can drink fresh juice every day. Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  So hard to take apart. And no information online about it. Steer clear.
