I ordered a cheaper model before and I cannot get it to focus that well and it is not a very good picture quality. I got this one to replace it and boy am I glad I did. Worth every cent. Save up and buy this one. Do not bother with the one for under a hundred dollars. It is OK, but you will be disappointed. Get this one and you will be happy and well satisfied. So either get a big bulky flat screen or get this projector and a projection screen and stand. You either need a projector stand or some thing to set the projector on. A video cart or adjustable tripod stand. I have my projector screen hanging on a cup hook and ball type bungee cord to suspend it. Works. I watch TV and Netflix and Hulu. Netflix is installed as an app. I have a TV tuner adapter on my laptop and cast with my Chromecast dongle plugged into it. Or I hook my laptop up direct with the HDMI cord. It does not have a headphone jack. However, Bluetooth headsets work fine and with an RCA to headphone jack adapter you can plug in a wired set. Which is what I do mostly. I love it. Don't get to use it much on weekdays. Not home much. But on the weekends....yeah buddy. When I move I can pack up so much easier and do not have to worry about packing a big screen TV. The picture quality is so good, when I watch nature films the cats come and watch too. LOL!

UPDATE: Not compatible with Samsung phones. WILL NOT PLAY HULU, NETFLIX, ETC. I will be sending this back. I can't believe we spent almost $400 for the same quality as a $150-200 projector.I just received this product in the mail. It took over a month to get here which was a little disappointing but it is what it is.Pros:Picture quality is great!Sound is good!Fairly easy to set up and understand.Comes with extra remote and fuse.There's an offer of a free ceiling mount and HD screen for exchange of a review which is awesome!Cons:It's a little loud.Having some trouble getting Hulu to play. It keeps stopping so I'm trying to figure out what's going on with that.I may update later with a video once I get Hulu to stream.

The 9500 has an amazingly bright image and a If just used to display an image it’s great but having had this projector a few weeks it lacks in some major areas1- It does not turn off. Although the projector with person with the remote with a 15 seconds countdown display After completely sitting down it well turn itself back on and display a “signal not found” icon indefinitely. I have to physically unplug it from the wall to get it to turn off and start off.2- The internal electronic projected image adjustments. In the previous models (which is why I bought this latest model) the projected frame could be adjusted and several aspects. It could zoom the image larger out smaller, it could adjust at the top and lower corner independently allowing me to adjust the images on the x, y and z axis. Now there is a manual (which I don’t mind) tilt adjustment dial in the back but it’s not enough to eliminate the “squeezed” top of the image.3- finally, it does not directly play .mov or .mp4 videos. I have several Gigs of movies that it cannot read of my harddrive. The projector is built on an Android OS not even PC so not even some of my .Avi files will play.I really want to love this projector but it’s just ok. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

I like the projector during day and night time viewing. The room does not have to be completely dark to show a good quality picture. I use it during the afternoons with the room light on. So of course it shows that much better during the night. Also, I can easily navigate through the options screen with a just a little help from the instructions guide. The built-in speakers are loud and good enough for me. But for those that want deep bass then you will need an external speaker. The device feels sturdy and has a clean style look. The fan noise is low and gets drowned out by the video playing, not a big deal. The WiFi was easily setup like any other mobile device. I have no issues connecting. Overall it has a lot of good points to it for the price point. I am glad to have ordered this projector and give it a shot. I saved a lot of money compared to buying the more expensive brands we see at the stores. It has everything I like that it offers. I have no dislikes or negatives about it. Good product and very well packaged.
