Ordered this as a memorial gift for a friend who lost a child recently. It arrived on time, well packaged against breakage.This ornament is just lovely.It is well made- no rough or unfinished edges, no missing glaze. The graphics are clear, simple, easy to see & read & are spelling error free. I was surprised to find the same graphic is printed on BOTH sides of this ceramic piece- very nice!- something I haven't seen on other ceramic ornaments. The wording is actually etched into the ornament itself, which is a bonus for not wearing off over time. (The cardinal & the heart are painted onto the ceramic, not etched in.)It arrives with two types of string for hanging- a shiny gold one & a plain white nylon- which you'll need to put on the ornament when it arrives. It's nice that there are options for this included in this purchase!Overall I am very pleased with this ornament for the clean & clear graphics & options for hanging (which seems like a small thing, but it was a nice touch!). Would recommend.
