Makes an impressive Bundt Cake!
This bundt pan makes an impressive cake! I used it to make a Bailey's Irish Cream bundt cake for St Patricks Day. It came out beautiful and my guests were so impressed! The pan is durable and cake slides out easily when Baking Pam is used. It washes easily, too. Great Nordicware quality pan!

In my opinion Nordic Ware Cake Pans are the Best
Complicated, intricate designs, yet release the cake effortlessly, of course as advised I butter and dust them with flour. I treasure these pans.Solid, sturdy pans, I know will outlast me, so also a good investment. When baking the cakes make me look like a professional with their perfection.

a step above!
KUDOS. The bundt fell out of the pan as promised; no problems! (I used Baker's Joy and found it at Walmart; Amazon doesn't ship it to Hawaii.) The lines are gorgeous, just as reported. It cleaned up easily and required no special scrubbing.CHALLENGES. The pan is well-made and heavy; I increased the oven time by 6 minutes. For this first use, I made my family's favorite in my Breville Smart Oven: Banana Chocolate Chip Bundt. They will be delighted! Looking forward to buying other stunning Nordic Ware bundt pans.

Great Durability
I absolutely LOVE my new Bundt Pan!! I took pics I made a Scratch Caramel Cake and it was Gorgeous! NlNow I did use 7 cups of batter and I had to cook the cake a little longer because it is very dense in the middle... So in all I think I baked the cake maybe 1 hour and 25 to 1 hour and 30 minutes...Cleaning... The cleaning was easy I let it soak with hot soapy water, and then I cleaned it with a dish towel and in the skinny creases I took a pointed knife with my thick dish towel at the end of it and went through the creases and had no issues!Releasing... I use the Pam non-stick spray with flour incorporated into it the baking spray and I have never had an issue with anything sticking, and this as you see came out perfect! My cake was moist and it was a HIT!!!

Leftover batter each time
I love the look and quality of these bundt pans (I've bought 3 different designs), and have only two problems with them.1. They are slightly smaller than the traditional bundt pan. They hold about 1-2 cups less than what most pound cake recipes yield. As a result, I end up making 4 additional muffin-size cakes or one extra bundlet each time I bake a pound cake. It is better to only fill these pans 2/3-3/4 full, otherwise you will need to slice off the risen mound of excess cake before flipping to prevent the cake's bottom edges from cracking. (See photo.)2. In addition to the pan's smaller capacity, the only other flaw I found with this brand is that there are no handles on the side of the pan. Without any way to grip the pan, it is more difficult to flip it and securely lift it off the serving plate. That's a bit of a hassle, especially when you're dealing with a warm, slippery, conical-shaped baking dish, but I suppose that the beautiful design makes up for this issue.I have used my golden Nordic bundt pans about six or seven times thus far and find that cakes slide out very easily when I use a pastry brush to apply softened butter into every nook and cranny of these intricately designed bundt pans. I follow up with a light dusting of flour and have never had a problem with the baked cake slipping out of the pan easily and in one piece after a brief cooling period. This is a good purchase if you want a beautiful cake and don't mind having a little leftover batter and a slightly problematic lift-off.
