The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 33 ft long pack and it was almost enough to cover the top rungs of my daughter’s half roof on her bunk bed. I also had to bring them up front the electrical outlet near the floor.I used to be the person that thought it was silly you could control devices with an app. Not anymore I think it’s amazing! Our household thermostat can be controlled on an app, my daughter’s mounted wall space heater in her bedroom I can control with an app, and now her lights above her bunk bed can be controlled with an app since purchasing these!I previously had plastic dangling butterfly lights that were given to us above her bunk bed. Of course didn’t last as she is a toddler and ripped them down and broke them. These little lights are fused to the cord itself so she can’t rip them off! That was one major selling point for me. Another is with this app I can control the lights above her bed for our bed time story so I am able to see the pages to read to her. Then once we are finished I am able to dim them or turn them off whichever she prefers. She is almost 4 years old and thinks it’s really awesome she can adjust the color of the lights with the app on my phone. The app has a color wheel you can choose from to make the lights an individual color as well as different “preset colors and rainbow patterns. There’s even a feature the lights will play with music or to the sound of your voice.As far as the longevity of these lights working on I cannot comment on that as I just installed them a few days ago. I can come back and update if they do quit working as I’ve seen other reviewers state but so far so good! I paid $10 and change for these worth every penny!

I’m very happy with these I didn’t use them for the original reason I purchased however I found a much better use for them and I love them. They wrap completely around these shelfs I also love the remote control and all the different color options. They’re a great value, bright, and functional! They look great! And don’t seem to tangle at all!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these to make my kid's room a magical place at bed time. These lights are GORGEOUS, and easy to use with the included controller. You can adjust brightness, color scheme, set a timer, and other things as well. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful lights, I bought a 2nd set I like them so much

The first set I purchased did not work. Seller promptly sent me a new one. Works beautifully! Individually programmed leds so chasing effects are possible. Can’t find an app for iPhone that works, and can’t find a link here for one either, but the remote is fine for me. There is also a button on the usb connector in case you lose the remote.Edit: there is a QR code on the USB plug to download the software called Magic-Lantern.
