This gimble is perfect and functions the way it should

I used this for films I made and it was really nice and satisfying to use. Sometimes it would stop working if I keep forcing the phone into a position I wanted, but I’m pretty sure that’s just so something doesn’t break on the device. Everything else was really simple to use and was really fun to record shots with.

I own the leading manufacturer's gimbal, so I can tell you with all certainty that this is a great gimbal! The build is strong and the motors are more than capable of spinning my large phone with the protective case on it without any problems. I did not have to remove my defender case off of my iPhone 12 pro max and I was very happy that it could handle it! In my opinion, if a person has an issue with this gimbal then it's because they haven't spent enough time learning about the gimbal. Yes, you can be up and running in 15 minutes, but to utilize it to the fullest you will need to spend more time with it. There is a learning curve. Yes, I read the manual but I found it much more beneficial to watch free editorial videos online. The 7.9" extension rod is fantastic and very strong. You would miss this extension rod and think that there wasn't one if you don't read the directions to find out where it is! Once you access this great extension rod, you will be super impressed with the quality of it! The smart tracking has been reengineered, works flawlessly, and intelligently locks onto you for a smooth picture. This gimbal works so well it is ideal for live streaming because it will follow you wherever you go. The gimbal has 2. memory auto-focus and auto zoom, time lapse, panoramic mode, and gesture control, just to name a few of its great features. The larger battery does give you 10 hours of continuous use, but this gimbal does not support fast charging so it will take two and a half hours to fully charge. You can switch from vertical to horizontal filming with just a click of the button. With this new and improved gimbal there is no more shaky footage ruining your videos, and with the 198 mm extension rod it gives you all the right angles so you can get those hard to take shots! The brushless motor and high torque makes it possible to spin the largest phones that are out on the market effortlessly. You must have your phone centered correctly for this gimbal not to be buggy. If you find that you are having problems with the gimbal, it could be that you have not centered your phone correctly. Again, you may want to watch a video online on how to do this the best way. Loving the new gimbal and highly recommend it!

I have a DJI one, and it’s so much easier to use, and the app is not to good on this one

It’s not connecting to Bluetooth properly not good hard to used, so I return it and brought DJI easier to setup and easy to use much better.

A robust and powerfully manufactured gimbal. it can position any phone to capture the exact direction of the photo. but using the menusit's not easy. Without the application the camera's front to back camera is very difficult to use zoom.It doesn't work with fast charger you should use old old and slow charger

Hold a camera steady, especially for filming can be tricky. I got this gimbal to see if it really could help keep things steady while filming. The answer is yes it most certainly does. This was a delight to use. The packaging was good and the instructions were clear on how to setup and use it (More on this later). The device itself is fairly lightweight and simple to plug in and charge. It comes folded up in a smaller size close to the size of a thick water bottle and quickly unfolds to full size.The tripod is simple to screw on and you can set it and forget it for stationary shots. Handheld it is quite comfortable and the Gimbal response itself is fairly good. I found rotating too quickly can outstrip the Gimbal's turning speed and found slower more deliberate turns to work well with it. There are quite a few buttons with a main wheel for manually controlling and turning the Gimbal axises. It can take some getting used to at first but after using it for a few hours it became second nature.There is some light mechanical sounds and whirring that do come from the Gimbal that may be picked up depending on how sensitive your mic is and where it's pointed. The device fits my phone and small tablets quite easily and holds them snug and tight with no fear of a phone sliding out. I would definitely recommend getting a case to carry the Gimbal as well as the accessories like the tripod, charging cable. The included felt bag is ok as a dust cover but you will want a better way to transport and store it.The app was a little bit finicky as I had to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working initially. Once I had gotten that out of the way it has worked fine since. I found the app to be useful for using face tracking to sort of lock on to a subject. You can also use this as a neat selfie stick as well. The movement reduction is immediate and smooth that when combined with modern camera's shake reduction the video looks like it is gliding along. The battery charge seems to be fairly good and after a couple hours filming in the park it still had plenty of charge left on it.This little device can be quite a headache saver and will definitely give a more professional touch to your videos.
