Love the Sweet Orange Flavor
I love the sweet orange taste—it’s refreshing and not overpowering. This powder works perfectly for quick hydration. Different from other hydration powders. The price is fair, and it mixes easily without leaving clumps. The sweet orange flavor makes it enjoyable to drink.

Similar to name brand sugary sports drinks at a buck per serving.
The media could not be loaded. I am a former professional athlete who spent 20 years drinking sports drinks like this after practice and workouts. This is a sports drink I've never heard of before ... it was made in Thailand and comes in packages of powder. Compared to Gatorade, it has a very similar flavor and slightly different nutritional vales. The bottom line is (like original Gatorade) this is full of sugar, having 33g of sugar ... or 66% of your recommended daily value of sugar in just one glass. Not only does it have normal table sugar (sucrose) as its first ingredient ... you'll also find dextrose, a chemical version of sugar as the second ingredient. In fact, this also uses yellow food dye and titanium dioxide for coloring. (as do most sports drinks) I am not a huge fan of consuming chemical additives, especially the yellow food dye. Be careful because this will stain your clothes orange if you spill. You get 6 bags, which each contain 5 single-serve packages ... so 30 total servings. That's a buck per serving at the time I ordered it. The packets fit nicely into a gym bag, desk drawer or pocket. It's more convenient than carrying around full bottles of liquid on a hike or camping trip where you'll have access to a water source. However, this blends very well without any clumps but is less convenient than having a pre-mixed bottle. It tastes just like Gatorade. Orange has always been my favorite flavor and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two brands. It seems more opaque and cloudy than Gatorade with a much more vibrant orange color. We already talked about the 33g of sugar, which could be counterintuitive when it comes to using this as a workout recovery drink. Oddly, it has around half the sodium of a similar serving of Gatorade and sodium is what replaces Electrolytes in sport drinks. I am not sure if that makes this less effective ... I have drank it after a workout and felt no different than when drinking brand name sports drinks.Overall, I do like the packs vs. bottles for portability and the environmental less single use plastic ... however from a value standpoint, a dollar per serving for powder seems a little expensive compared to other sports recovery powders. I'd think 60 cents per packet would be more on par to what I'd expect. Overall, minus the chemical dyes, I find this to be an okay and good tasting replacement to Gatorade. I hope my video, pictures and honest review, after having used the product, was helpful to you.

Mostly sugar. Label doesn’t show any vitamins
This is mostly a sugary energy drink (like the name brand “crocodile-help”), not an electrolyte replenishing drink powder.Per the nutrition facts label, it has added sugars, sodium, and potassium. Despite the packaging stating it has vitamins B and C, those aren’t listed on nutrition facts label.Mixes daily with 16oz of water. Pleasant and VERY sweet orange flavor. There are 6 large pouches with 5 individual servings within each pouch for 30 total servings.

One of hubby's favorite.
Hubby and I have tried multiple electrolyte and sports drink that come in powdered form. So far, this one has been my husband's favorite and I must admit that it's not bad at all. You get five individual packets in each bag and each packet is pretty big, so I thought that maybe using only half a packet would be enough but in my opinion, you do need to mix the whole packet with a bottle of water to get the best flavor from it or it will taste too watery. The flavor is a refreshing Orange that is not too sweet which I like because when I'm thirsty, I don't like drinking very sweet drinks. The powder dissolves quickly in the water with just a quick shake and it leaves no gritty powder at the bottom of the bottle. Out of all the sports drink powders that we have tried, I do recommend this one the most.

I use these as a low blood sugar emergency resolution.
I got Royal-D Sport Electrolyte Powder to carry in my vehicles and in my wife’s purse in case my blood sugar goes low and I need a quick hit of glucose. Adding Royal-D Sport Electrolyte Powder to water will give me 32g of carbs/glucose. It will store better than gel glucose and if it leaks (which I can’t see happening with the thick plastic tubes) it is only a powder and wont get everything sticky. When I ordered I thought it was one pouch with some tubes inside. It is 6 large pouches with 5 tubes in each pouch. This will last years! So far I have not tried the Royal-D Sport Electrolyte Powder because it would spike my blood sugar so much. I am hoping I will not have to try them out because of low blood sugar anytime soon. I might have one of the kids try these when they come for Christmas and I will update the review and let everyone know how they taste.

Electrolyte powder to keep my body properly hydrated.
I just love these convenient little packets which are easy to carry with me on the go. Each pack contains five sachets and each will mix with a liter of water. The taste is quite good, and also very sweet. They contain a fair amount of vitamin C. They are infused with glucose for quick energy conversion. Included is also vitamins; B1, B2, B6, B12, potassium and sodium. You must also be aware if you are watching your sugar, that each contains almost 8 teaspoons of sugar. I just love the way this tastes.
