Really helps! Works well, could be a bit stickier at the ends but I am happy with the outcome as breathing is so much better!

My husband bought this product without first reviewing the reviews (which most of the reviews aren’t even for this product), which the low reviews say the same thing we’re experiencing. Got the product, there’s no instructions with it, but it was easy enough to know how to put the breath strip on.The strip is plastic and when I put it in my nose, it stuck only partially (which is top of my nose). The rest of the strip that is suppose to stick to the side of the nose didn’t stick. It left a flap on each side. Decided to try it again the second night and it did the same thing. When I decided it wasn’t working for me, I wanted to do a return but learned there was no return allowed on this product.Don’t waste your $ on this. Find another brand or solution that works and is willing to accept a return if it doesn’t work out.

I thought I would save a few bucks by switching to this product from breathe right (I mean how hard is it to make a good nose strip right?). Well it’s apparently hard for this company. The nose strip doesn’t stay on, it leaves residue on your nose’s skin and has caused me to break out. Do not buy this

Works well when you first go to bed, but about halfway through the night it looses stickiness and starts peeling off. It's less effective the more it peels off.

These strips did not come with any instructions or precautions as mentioned on the box. Plus they do not stay on for more than a few minutes, which absolutely does not help with breathing. They are also not returnable, so that is not great. I would not suggest buying these in the future.

I'd you or someone you know is kept up by snoring.try these. They actually work.

Plastic is uncomfortable and does not stick well to your nose. It does not last the entire night. Would not purchase again
