Now this is a hot coffee gift set from We Are Coffee Co. It's a trio of 227g bags of whole bean coffee, each with its own unique flavour profile.The first bag is Ethiopian beans, which are known for their bright, fruity notes. They're lightly roasted, so they have a delicate, almost floral flavour. The second bag is Brazilian beans, which are a bit richer and more complex. They're medium roasted, so they have a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. The final bag is the Indonesian beans, which are the darkest roast of the three. They're bold and full-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate and spice.Ethiopian BeansLike a summer fruit salad, these beans bring a burst of juicy, tropical flavours like pineapple, mango, and strawberry jam. There's also a subtle hint of red plum, which adds an ever so slight touch of tartness.Brazilian BeansThis is a more balanced cup, with flavours that remind me of a fruit tart! You'll taste notes of plum and cherry, along with a nutty almond flavour and a rich, dark chocolate finish.Indonesian BeansThis is a bold, complex coffee. It has a citrusy start with grapefruit notes, followed by a jammy sweetness from the prune. As you sip, you'll notice a dark chocolate flavour and a unique tanginess from the tamarind, and my favourite of the three.I personally prefer a darker roast, so these beans aren't quite my cup of tea, so to speak! However, if you're into fruity, lighter roasts, then you'll probably love these. It's always fun to experiment with different coffee beans, so I'd definitely recommend giving this gift set a try.

Excellent quality coffee beans, my favourite is the light roast! These are versatile beans, I use them in espresso shots for my iced latte however they are great in americano too. They smell and taste great

I do like We Are Coffee Co. whole bean coffee. It's always a smooth, flavoursome and enjoyable cup, with the notes hitting just right without overwhelming the overall taste of the coffee. It makes for an ideal Xmas or birthday gift and will be warmly received by coffee aficionados.

What a lovely set! Three amazing types of coffee that all bring something different to the table (the one with the french press on it lol).A superb selection of flavours that range from a dark and deep powerful kick up the butt to a much lighter and refreshing perk up with room for a second cup without getting wired to bits.Nice blend on all three and great roast, the coffee of all coffees.

This elegantly gift-box presented trio of bagged coffee beans will take you on a tasting experience to Ethiopia, Brazil and Indonesia. Each 227g bag provides details of the provenance and tasting notes to accompany each cup, helping you to get the most out of each cup/bag. Note that all bags are available individually and in differing sizes, so check those out if you have any favourites from the box.I have purchased all of these beans previously and found the Indonesian beans were the best for my palate. Tasting notes indicate grapefruit, prune jam, dark chocolate and tamarind flavours, which equates to a good cup of coffee.The Ethiopian beans are slightly less appealing with tasting notes of pineapple, mango, strawberry jam and red plum. It is a lightly roasted coffee bean and, whilst it smells appealing in the bag, it translates into a slightly bitter tasting coffee in the cup.The Brazilian beans offer a cup profile of plum, cherry, almond and dark chocolate which, whilst smelling great in the bag, is also less appealing to my palate when translated into a cup. It’s quite a strong bean, chocolatey but bordering on bitter even with milk to dilute.It is a good looking box-set of coffee that may provide you with a favourite bean to have again in the future.

This pack contains a great range of coffees, one each of light, medium, and dark, so there should be something there for every coffee lover. Personally, I favoured the light roast with its more subtle fruity notes, but I do also enjoy the others, as you begin to get more chocolatey notes developing, along with the bitterness you get from darker roasts.As these are in bean form, they can be ground, for the required machine. I drink mine, usually around a coarse to medium grind, for a pour over.
