A friend suggested I get a SuperBox so I bought the SuperBox 5. I had to call for a question and they were quick to get back with me(less than 5 minutes) and it took about 10 seconds to fix. The instructions are easy to follow if you do what they is told to do. Great customer service and the box is great. I have 0 issues and the quality is awesome. Will buy more for my other rooms soon.

The directions that come with this device are awesome! That alone is a 5-star.Super easy to set up and we were watching movies within 20 mins. My internet is super slow so there are times we need to use HOT SPOT but that is NOT the Super Box's fault. We knew this before buying that this could be an issue.More channels and movies than one person could ever watch. The ease of going back and forth from channel to channel or the home screen is effortless. I LOVE the voice feature.Helpful hint when watching LIVE TV: In order to get a full listing of channels and what is playing at each hour- Be on the full screen of any channel and click the round dial to the right. A screen will pop up with this info.We were able to elimiate our big cable bill and netflix. Huge savings.Only 1 Con- you will need one of these for every single TV in your home if you disconnect cable.We plan to buy more!

This product works as advertised. It arrived in just a few days and was setup and connected in 20 minutes. The only semi negative I have to add is that there needs to be more detailed, clear instructions about the remote functions such as cc. And accessing part of the guide. So far my SuperBox S5 Max works great except for one low power channel that they are attempting to bring up to normal. Really good support.

Great product and experience

I upgraded from SuperBox 2 to the 5 and couldn’t be happier! It has a better interface and is twice as fast in all functionality but the topper is I have not experienced any buffering issues. It is a much better refined product than its predecessors.

When DirecTV moved past $200 a month, we decided "It's Time!". Did some research and ordered the SuperBox S5 Max from this seller. The box was delivered ahead of schedule, it came with extremely detailed instructions to set it up and going. I had one little Hiccup at the beginning so I called the number on the instructions and a Real Person answered the phone and explained exactly what was needed to be done. After that, it was smooth sailing. The S5 does everything it's supposed to do and we've been very happy that we made the move.A few days later, I texted him a question on if and how to get the S5 to play through my sound system. A couple minutes later he gets right back to me with a very simple instruction and like Magic; it works.Very pleased and impressed with his good old fashion Customer Service.Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience.

Dead On Arrival!Unfortunately, not much more to say.

OK, so maybe about 10 years ago I cut the cord and got rid of cable because the price kept going up a little value. I had USTV go for about four years before the government shut them down. That gave me all the cable channels so I did some research and I came across super box. I had super box 2 for about four years now it’s OK but it wasn’t great being directly hooked up to my Internet. I would get a lot of lag freeze, and sometimes it would just kick me out altogether, and I would have to enter back in to TV . I just recently got super five maybe it’s time to upgrade besides 300 bucks ain’t bad when you factoring your monthly if you’re paying for cable. so far so good none of the channels are buffing or lagging and so far hasn’t kicked me out, but it only been one day if it stays this way, I will be very impressed and it will be worth the money.
