I use this hydration tablets when I travel or have an intense work day. I love how they make me feel hydrated when my usual routine does not allow it due to travel or work. I take one to two tablets a day depending on my feeling.

This stuff is vile to drink. It tastes like something that's been left out or something similarly unpleasant. Can't do it. Expensive and unpleasant

This is by far been the best testing hydration tablet I have had, it's not too sweet, right amount of sweet , salt and minerals. I use it before my long runs and/or post run hydration and sometimes even when I have had one too many glasses of wine . Works brilliantly .
