Doesn’t work. I took it for a week and felt bloated. I got nauseous one night, threw up and realized the pills didn’t dissolve since I took it in the morning. Amazon doesn’t allow returns.

Tried this on a recommendation from a friend. Can’t believe it works so well. I’ve been working out consistently and watch my diet, as I’ve gotten older I’ve slowly put on weight that I have a hard time losing. Since starting Control, I’ve been able to lose weight consistently. Not anything crazy, but I’ve been able to lose 2-3 lbs per week for the past 7 weeks. Totally amazed and I’ll continue to use! So happy I found Control and can’t recommend enough!

This particular product did not work for me. I did not return it because I know I have health issues that probably caused it not to work. The company, however, reached out to me to see how things were going. When I told them it didn’t really work for me, they immediately refunded my money.I was totally shocked. They did not have me send the product back. I will look for more products from this company. They have won my respect. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time, and I've tried countless diets and supplements to shed those extra pounds. Nothing seems to work. Then, I discovered this.This product, like many other weight loss supplements, claims that it targets the root of the problem - the constant feeling of hunger and cravings. What sounded like the best part? It's completely sugar and stimulant-free, so I don't have to worry about any negative side effects, right? No jitters, no hard come-down, But on the negative side of it you can't really "feel it working" like you would with a stimulant fat burner. If you're looking for something where you can actually feel physical results like that, this is not for you.Within the first few days of taking this, I noticed a minor reduction in my hunger pangs, HOWEVER, I did not find that the craving for unhealthy foods went away, as much as I was hoping that I would.The pills are pretty decently sized, and maybe I just have a sensitive sense of taste, but I was able to taste the powder inside of them as I took them. If you have sensitive taste I recommend taking them with milk.Overall, I am not satisfied with the results I have seen while using this product. I have lost weight, although not entirely noteworthy, and not much faster than I was. I also couldn't keep the weight off that I did lose. I'm not entirely sure I would say that this is what I (personally) need to help me get to my goal weight, but I understand that it works differently for everybody, so why not give it a try for yourself?

This product was so great for helping control my appetite! Curbed my hunger cravings for hours. The pills aren’t too big and they barely have a taste. Also love the fact that it’s non-stim and uses a natural main ingredient like glucomannan! Great product.

I work out six days a week and try to maintain healthy diet, but wanting to lose 10 pounds because I’m in menopause. I take this pill exactly as directed three times a day before meals and I feel that it may control my consumption of food but yet it doesn’t help with sugar cravings and I haven’t lost a pound. I’m halfway through the first bottle and I’ve been taking it for almost 4 weeks. Haven’t seen the results and I feel it’s a waste of money and get your money back.

I love this CONTROL product. It does exactly what it advertises. I bought it praying for it to help me with my appetite and It DOES.By the third day I was in CONTROL of my eating and I am so happy that they have made a great product with no side effects and does what it states it will do. I f you have tried it all and have not found anything that helped, PLEASE try the product and see if it will help you, as it has helped me, I bet it will the name is CONTROL
