Camp Chef Explorer 2 Burner Camp Stove with Griddle

Brilliant…easy to assemble and sturdy. Great product. Highly recommended

The setting up of the Camp Chef Explorer 2 took 2 minutes to build. Stick on the 4 legs, tighten them, level them with the turning nut on each leg, add the stove splashback surround and that's it done.We struggled to connect the orange gas hose to the gold connector though, even after using washing up liquid to make the connection slippery. We had to carefully use pliers at the end-up.Only one downside: There was no tool in the box to fit the gas hose. It came with two gold connectors - one large and one small. We couldn't get the large gold hose connector fitted at all, as it was way too tight, but finally we managed to get the small gold connector fitted instead. Not clear why two were included of different sizes? May be these fit different propane gas canisters? Nothing mentioned in the instructions.Cooked fillet steak on The Explorer 2 griddle, and it was absolutely melt-in-your mouth soft and succulent. I was so enarmoured with the steak, I forgot to test the second gas hob, but I can say that this is a powerful gas stove, and I highly recommend it.If you want a gas stove that is neither heavy nor bulky, but powerful, and one that you can easily fit in the boot of your car, go for this stove. You won't be disappointed.The delivery only took a few days to arrive since ordering, so thanks to the supplier for a speedy delivery.Top marks Camp Chef too!! It's a shame we couldn't find the 3x Pro model in the UK though. Would have loved it too. Thanks.

If i use it outside when cooking a large amount of food, there will be no smell in the house and the fire will be strong, so it will be done quickly and i will be satisfied.

Solidly built to withstand the rigorous use I will put it to. Originally purchased for our canner but will get used when the sun shines for a bit of partying in the back garden.

Great stove, burns really hot. Waited 10 years to get one of these as there are no uk distributers, until i went to costco and they have them for £120

This item is very poor quality. It is faulty and having read online many people have the same problem. It is very lightweight and flimsy.

Plenty powerfull sturdy & fit for purpose,gas regulating valve supplied was not a type used in uk,had to buy one from gas bottle supplier only a tenner other than that 5 stars.
