I recorded myself and snoring still like an old diesel tractor! Not worth it!!

Loud snoring is cut down by 90%. Must wear it correctly and tighten it if extremely loud snoring persists. Tightened can be a bit uncomfortable but must get used to it. Not waking up in the middle of the night due to snoring, so getting full rest. Snoring is gone most of the time… other than a few faint snores here and there.

Don't do what they say it for and it's kinda short

It doesn't work I purchased this for my husband because he Snores and keep up at night. He still snoring just as loud.... 2:06am

This thing was so small I could t even begin to put it on. It's child size . I returned it
