Great Kit With Everything You Need
I just finished installing the kit on my Ram. It wasn't as easy as I had originally thought, but then again, all projects never seem to be... If your able to operate a die grinder with a cut off wheel/sawzall, and basic hand tools you can get this done fairly easy. The hardest part is disconnecting the filler tube. Take your time, take deep breaths and make sure your test fitting and drilling in the right parts. The quality was there and I'm happy with my purchase.

Good To Go
This is the actualRDS kit. Be aware there are other kits Sold on Amazon that use the RDS part number in their description but those kits are not made by RDS. I installed this on a 2016 Ram dually. Note - you will also need a way to seal the fittings, do not use white Teflon tape. Diesel fuel or gasoline will wick thru the Teflon and your fittings will leak. I used ‘Permatex 80632 Thread Sealant with PTFE‘ to seal the threads and after 2 weeks all fittings are dry. After the install, I went to the gas station and put 10 gallons in my aux tank with the shutoff valve closed. After I was satisfied there were no leaks at the shutoff valve, I opened the valve and let the 10 gals gravity feed into my main tank. I kept an eye on it to make sure I had no leaks. It all worked out well.

2018 Ram 3500 - pricey but overall worth it
Got this for my 2018 Ram 3500, package came damaged and was taped together however the contents were not damaged, took about an hour or so to install, I took my time as I was in no hurry. I used the existing hose on the truck tank so I only had to make one cut, I used a hand hack saw to cut the fuel inlet pipe. Included hose clamps are kinda big but work, I wish the kit had a grommet for the bed, I had some so it was no big deal but for the price you would think the kit would come with one. Overall it was an easy install. The tooling on the part itself could be a bit more refined, some rough edges that I had to smooth down. I do feel its pricey for what you get.

2015 Ram 3500
Works as it should! I dropped the entire tank to do a lift pump while I was doing this job. I cut the fill pipe about 3 inches shorter and used only one of the provided fuel rubber pipes. Really well provided kit here!

1st kit failed, 2nd kit works correctly
*update*Ordered a replacement and the new kit is working as it should.Original- The check valve that’s supposed to stop fuel flow from the aux tank when the stock tank is full failed the first time I filled the tank which caused my stock fuel tank to over flow at the filler neck vent.

2014 RAM 3500 SLT CREW CAB LONG BED DRW
Everything you need and more (in case you actually manage to screw up something) is included in this kit. You are going to need to shorten about 4" off the metal pipe going down to the fuel tank. Shove one end of the adapter into the pre-existing rubber hose on top of the fuel tank (this area is very tight) and use one of the two included short rubber hoses to get it snug. The included long thin rubber hose is plenty long to reach up from the adapter into the fuel tank outlet above, ymmv if you got a different setup. Also, come on, if you're paying this much for just an adapter and +$900 for a fuel tank, you can afford a $10 longer hose. Stop complaining and appreciate the fact that this kit even exists.

The kit is good. The tricky part is cutting the metal fuel inlet pipe. Use a small hack saw (the single blade, hand type, where the blade protrudes out the front). Don't be afraid. The pipe cuts easily. After cutting, use a small magnet to remove any metal pieces. Deburr the cuts with a small file or stone and install kit. Also, you will need a grommet or plece of larger hose (where the hole through the truck bed is) to protect the hose that runs from the tank down to the inlet pipe. For what the kit costs, you would think RDS could include a grommet in the kit.
