Great piece of kit
This was much cheaper than the other well known french brand & just as good so far...🤞 I use mainly to fry steak or other small amounts.

Slightly smaller than 20 cm …..
Cooking arra isnt 20 cm …… thats the actual pan size …but no problem for me really

Disappointed with Staub
I’m disappointed and surprised - despite the expense - it’s not non stick!

Good for a single household
It’s coated lightly, heavy&firm, perfect for one person. Though coating is not done along the edge of curves- still works for me. I use dish soap on it, dry it well, no problem has happened so far. 4/5.

Très bonne marque, qualité parfaite, durable, saint pour la santé, bonne finition, un réel plaisir de cuisiner avec. Je ne cuisine plus qu'avec de la fonte et c'est un véritable plaisir.Un diamètre moyen pour la préparation de repas une personne tout Dr même.A acheter lors de promotion pour un meilleur rapport qualité/prix
