My son took this new rod out the day it arrived cast out reeled in and rod snapped and fell in sea either damaged in delivery or the worst rod ever made it didn’t look damaged tried to return can’t print label everi wouldn’t print label and Royal Mail said they can’t either taken reel of and attached to sons old rod waste of moneyBeyond dissapointed in product and Amazon service wish I’d just gone to shop waste of money they should refund this item son was so upset on his birthday can’t trust online purchases is my experience doesn’t deserve one star

You won't get birds nests with this spool, the brake works well and it looks awesome too. Casting is easy.The rod set is suitable for fishing predator species like pike, zander, and perch. Solid and well-constructed, this reel fishing rod offers great control and balance during casting and retrieval. The components feel durable, and it handles medium-sized catches with ease.It’s a good value for £53.08, especially for casual anglers or those just getting into the hobby. While it’s not top-tier professional gear, it performs reliably on weekend trips.My dad has noted that the reel isn't the smoothest, but not a big deal and hasn't affected anything, presumably just new and/or might need a touch of oil/grease.

Ideal for Beginners.
With its modern camouflage design and high-quality construction, it both appeals to the eye and offers performance. I use the 1.8-meter model and it is extremely easy to carry thanks to its two-piece design. I can easily carry it in the trunk of my car or even on my motorcycle. Its carbon fiber structure is light but also very durable. Thanks to its 28T carbon body and fast-reacting structure, I can feel even the most sensitive bites. This sensitivity provides a great advantage especially when catching pike and bass in freshwater fishing. It is also ideal for braided lines thanks to its stainless steel guides and titanium oxide inserts.
