Not water based varnish
This varnish I received is not water miscible, smells of turpentine spirit, after use brush not washable with soap and water, can be washed with turp. No direction given how to use, smell of turp continues for long.Do not use it for oil painting if not completely dry and do not mix with water. This is a normal varnish.
