LOVE IT BUT…
i genuinely love this! i included pictures of what the journal has for anyone that’s curious. i do wish that there was a calendar for every month not just one page of a calendar because i don’t want to keep erasing the numbers and name of the month each time because eventually it’ll look messy from erasing. I still really recommend this journal to anyone who wants to make a change to their mental health for 2024!the quality of the pages and cover feel great as well and i like that it has a page marker. i initially thought it didn’t have one but it was hidden in one of the pages haha!

Disappointed
If I could give it zero stars I would. So not what I expected and I am so disappointed. I thought there was going to be a lot of therapy reflection pages and space to journal and track sleep and habits. But there are two pages for this. That’s it. This product is basically just a lame planner like everything else. Don’t recommend.

Mental Health Journal
I like the 5 Minutes a Day journals and this one is no exception! It lasts for 91 days and is undated. Each month is split so that it starts with a monthly calendar 2 page spread that includes a place for tracking 4 monthly habits. There are also little mood emojis on each day to record your mood. The monthly calendar spread is then followed by 31 2-page daily spreads. Each daily spread has space for moods, energy, fruits and veggies, mail tracking, schedule, to do list, exercise and a reflection section with some short space to write about some of the journaling prompts. At the end of each month there is a 2-page spread with Therapy Reflections prompts, and monthly review prompts. The following page then goes into the next monthly calendar. Overall a very nice mental health journal I would highly recommend!!

Everyone need this journal
I love that this journal is dedicated to mental health. With allowing yourself 5 minutes to write down your inner feelings can help so much. This makes a really great gift for friends and family or even yourself. I like the texture of the book as well. Good quality.

I love it but I wish there were 12 calendars for every month of the year instead of 1. Other than that, it’s awesome.
