Barbie Dreamtopia Rainbow Cove Princess doll, long hair, colourful dresses, gifts for children aged 3+ FJC95

I bought two of these as a first Barbie doll for my daughters and they thought they were so beautiful. They are very colourful and princess-like with the lovely long skirt, which is just what little girls are after.The swimsuit style bodice can't be removed but my kids can still manage to put other tops on over it. This Barbie also has the type of feet that wear flat shoes. Her skirt is a lighter material than expected but still looks lovely. We have these dolls about a year and a half and they are still going strong after lots of playing.

Good quality and very stylish perfect for little girls

Delighted with the dresses,fitted perfectly.Special mention to the care taken in packaging,my wife would not open them because they were so well presented and ideal to give as the present with no additional wrapping needed.Well done to all involved.

Not great. I haven't seen or held a Barbie since my own Barbie when I was a child. I expected the quality to be similar and the body shape to be a bit more realistic. I was dissapointed. in both respects. I bought this for my 3 year old daughter who put her straight in the bath. Her hair was never the same after getting wet once. She has barely been played with but her dress (which was a disappointing plastic material) is badly frayed within days. My daughter nibbled one hand and instantly bit straight through the cheap plastic fingers. The hands look like they've been cut out with cookie cutters anyway - the quality is poor. The plastic is very unrealistic - not like the old Barbies which were more tactile and whose legs bent at the knee. This Barbie won't even sit up properly. She is Christmas cracker quality. The only good thing is the face which has a beautiful expression.
