So easy to use, we bought this to pierce our 6 yr old daughter's ears. One of us on each side to make it a quick process for her. They are pretty quiet not a loud plastic clacking sound like how they used to be. She barely cried. Make sure you press hard though or the back won't snap on the earrings and you'll have to start over. It's cheap but not cheap quality. Great for a DIY ear piercing instead of having to take her somewhere because hardly anywhere pierces ears anymore.

I have purchased the pink set two times and had success with each set! They worked great for the lobe piercings. Simple, easy, smooth, and efficient. I like how the studs are small for younger children and that the backs cover the sharp end of the stud portion. I highly recommend!

Pierced my girls’ ears after their holes closed up. It didn’t get infected and healed quickly. It was very easy to pierce. We numbed their lobes with ice first and they said that it didn’t even hurt. It was so quick and easy!

This is a cheap way to get a piercing. The earring is very nice and to my surprise it didn’t hurt at all. I’ve got a lot of piercings and each time there was some sort of pain afterwards, but not with this earring. The little back part is the trick. The gun itself is a bit flimsy and one of mine got stuck so I had the whole thing hanging from my ear for a while because it wouldn’t let go of the earring so that was a bit of a scare. Overall really pleased. Didn’t get an infection or anything so like I said I’ve had a lot of piercings done by others or myself and this has been the best one without and infection issue. So when it says it’s sterile it’s sterile. But beware of the flimsy gun part.

I was undecided for weeks to buy or not. I am happy I did and the results are great! I did two lobes within 10 minutes of these arriving on my doorstep. I wasn't going to spend $80.00 at Claire's for the same system to be used on my ears- I did my ears in high school with safety pins, so I this was an upgrade... I wouldn't use these on cartilage, but for lobes- it worked perfectly! Hole #1- No pain, but the back didn't come off the gun- I had to apply with my hands, but my environment was as sanitized as it could be. It would be a good idea to have a bottle of rubbing alcohol near by to use on hands on jewelry just incase. Hole #2- felt this one a bit more, but the pain was still a 1/10- the post are sharp and the mechanism was quick. I did purchase wound care after the fact for after care and would strongly recommend that to anyone looking to pierce at home get this with their order!

I was a little afraid to use this product but it went very smoothly. Was quick & painless. Great quality and simple to use. If I needed another piercing I would definitely purchase again.

I’m giving three stars because it did put the hole in my ear but there was so many complications afterWhen the first love was done the backing got stuck to the plastic and didn’t come out so I had to install rhe earring backing myselfAnd the second one the plastic broke and got stuck to the front side of the earring and I hat to force it off since it was stuck in my ear alreadyThen after swelling hit the posts were way to short so and was causing too much pain/ pressure I swapped my earrings to a regular pair since the post was longer which you should not do but I had to otherwise I would have gotten a infectionOther than that at least my ear did get piercedMaybe the posts were short because it was for a baby but even then with the plastic sticking I don’t think it’s good to put on a baby

This was great! they are comfortable but after wearing them for six weeks straight I was ready to take them out. I have used these to pierce all three of my piercings on each side. This is probably the best deal I could find on at home piercings. For the size it did feel a little tight at times especially in the thicker parts of my ear, like my thirds. (all my piercings are on my lobe, I will upload a picture) When we did pierce my third the back of the earring did not go on when we pierced it, but it was easy to put back on. These earring have never fallen off for me; the way you know they are on is you will hear a little click and it will be on. Overall, I do recommend, but it is a little scary but it does not hurt very bad I would rate it like a 1/10 for the 1st and 2nds, and a 3/10 for the 3rds due to the placement on my ear. If you are thinking about buying this I would say definitely buy it, but make sure you want the piercing you are getting before you make it permanent!The earring in the picture are all from amazon, but the thirds are these ones!
