The pills are big but easy to swallow they do help with sleeping but I find I’m groggy when I wake up but doesn’t last long weight wise I’ve noticed I have lost a couple of pounds i will be ordering more

I have been trying this product for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that I wake up feeling very rested. It doesn’t give you that groggy feeling that other sleep product do. I highly recommend this product.

Did not notice any benefit to my nighttime sleep. Product is easy to use and swallow. Fat burning properties probably useful but not the sleep aid.

Beware, this stuff is powerful! I have taken it several times for sleep aid while taking a daily fat burner pill and I wake up very hungry after a deep night's sleep. The only downside is the slight melatonin grog but that's fleeting and anticipated.

This product sounded like a dream for me because I had much trouble sleeping at night but also needed to burn fat. This product genuinely is a solution to both! I fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up energized now. And I can feel the fat shedding off of me (be aware you’ll most likely have to use the bathroom first thing in the morning! lol)
