Studio Pro Adhesive Backed Copper Foil Tape, 3/8 Inches x 36 Yards

Was as advertised. It worked for my project.

I don't have any trouble with this foil. I burnish properly, I noticed some lifting on smaller pieces, i.e.: jewelry. Jewelry obviously uses lead free solder, which requires very high temperatures. This can contribute to some lifting, I keep an eye on it as I go. I can trim it with an exacto knife just fine, as needed. I use the 1/4 inch for sun catchers with tin/lead solder and have not run into any trouble. I use other foil types, as well. They're all different but I actually find this to be quite user friendly. Nothing I've used this foil on has come apart. I have seen a few reviews that state as such. Make sure you burnish properly and have good solder lines and it shouldn't be a problem.

I am a beginner stained glass artisan but I have learned rather quickly that I love this foil and its strength and durability in creating a nice tight seam and overall piece. The adhesive is strong enough to hold tightly, which you should know makes cleaning your piece more work, but the end result is amazing once the piece is polished. I will be a Studio Pro snob until I come across something that woks better although I will be hesitant to try any other brand due to bad experience with another brand. Happy glass work!

It’s really not sticking to the glass well

foil is just the right size for the repair I needed to do with my Tiffany Lamp shade.

This size is better for thicker glass or bigger projects. Use a smaller width for the average stained glass project
