Perfect fit
Excellent item. Good quality item and value for money. Washer was a perfect fit for the toilet system and cured the slow flow for the cistern.

Washer seals
Needed a new seal on my toilet cistern , it was exactly like the old one and so easy to fit . Toilet is working like it should now.

Cheap knock-off - avoid
Cheap Chinese knock-off products. Neither product worked when fitted - cistern would either not fill or would overflow. Don't waste your time or money on this product - go buy the proper thing from Screwfix - that worked fine on first fitting.

Poor quality
Tried both that were in the pack and neither worked only allowing water to fill up slowly. Bad quality. Bought an 'official' siamp one worked perfectly. Buy cheap, buy twice !

Unfortunately these didn't fit, but they were perfect for one of our neighbours!
We appeared to have ordered an incorrect size (!) However they came in useful for a neighbour!
