Very nice Paper Organizer for a desk. Comes unassembled with 2 base and one top rod. (2 screws each). All parts were in the box, shrink wrapped to prevent loss and damage. Outer carton has assembly diagram. Easy to put together. Bottom rail on one point is up in the air about a 1/4 inch, making it a little wobbly. I suppose this can be corrected by pushing down a little on the rod? Otherwise no problem. Great for sorting bills, invoices, mail , etc. I like that the 3 trays can be slid out and removed for easier access. They have stops on rails for keeping trays from sliding to far back. Very good price for the quality. Outer carton holds product tight during shipping. No additional assembly instructions included, but really not needed.
