This is a great printer, but there are some things. You need an app on your phone to print from, so not that it just connects and prints like a normal printer.Also, remember if you need it to look professional then this is not the machine, as what you get is a scroll looking document once printed it rolls up.Yet you should also know that when you purchase it. The paper is in a tube.It’s a great product and it works well for my purposes.Yet if I need a professional print this is not what I would use.

This thermal paper works fine in my printer, and the 2-pk is very convenient.

This isn’t about the thermal roll paper (which is excellent!) but instead about the customer service I got from the company,. I had to erase & restore my computer a few weeks back and lost the printer driver. I emailed the company and not only got an immediate response but a link as well. Can’t get much better than that!

I didn't care much for this paper only because it comes in a roll, so it stays kind of curved when it comes through. I would prefer it to be a little more straight and flat.

A4 sized paper is slightly bigger than the most used American Letter-sized paper. It is more common to be used in Europe and Brazil, maybe Mexico? So it is a needed and a bit rare size to find in the market.The sheets are pre cut, like the continuum forms of the old dot-matrix impact printers, this is to help print more than one sheet at the same batch, so you don't need to feed the paper sheet by sheet.Remember to set the correct paper (A4) in your document before print, or it will not stop print before and after the pre-cut correctly.

This pack comes with two rolls of thermal paper. Perfect fit for my portable thermal printer from the same brand. The paper is similar feel to receipt paper where it is smooth on one side and dull on the other. The printer is thermal so it prints by heat if I understand correctly so the quality is decent but not amazing. The paper does not seem to make or break that. I got the paper in multiple sizes and have been using to print stencils and outlines for art projects. The paper seems good quality for what it is needed for. Would recommend!
