I didn't start this system right away so I can't give my final results yet. It is super easy to use and gives you the choice to use the light or not whichever you are comfortable doing. It has helped remove some of my stains from coffee and smoking which I can definitely see. I am looking forward to seeing just how white air can get them by the end of these treatments. Best thing of all is that I haven't had any irritation to my gums.

It took me six months to work up the courage to try this set. I had my teeth whitened at the dentist office and had such sensitivity, that I had them end the whitening session early. I am very happy to report that I experienced no sensitivity issues. I kept the tray in for 30 minutes. I used the light too. The tray snaps onto the light, then you bite onto the tray with the light shining into your mouth. I could still see the UV light shining through my lips even though my mouth was shut. I held my hand over it because it was a little bright.The directions say that the light turns off after 15 min. After a full charge, my light only stayed on for 10 minutes. So I did three cycles of the light before I rinsed my mouth. I love to drink tea and coffee and have been self conscious of my teeth getting yellower because of it. I am very happy to have the ability to do this at home. The whitening ability per session is modest, but I’d rather have low and slow whitening than the pain I felt with a stronger preparation. I also like that there are two types of trays so I could possibly even wear one while taking a nap or something.This tray with light is my favorite though. I can use them if order more bleaching tubes in the future. The price is great.

Okay, I've used this for several months and here is what I will say. Did it drastically whiten my teeth? No. I do not look like a toothpaste commercial. My teeth look just a smidge brighter, but I haven't noticed a drastic shift in color. I also don't see much of a difference with the light, it seems gimmicky to me. I say this because I used both the trays and didn't see a big change with or without the light. I do light that it has an automatic timer built into it, that makes it easy to time your whitening sessions.Do I think this is worth the money? Perhaps to someone else. I have had better results with crest white strips and higher end whitening toothpastes. This might work better for a person with heavier staining on their teeth but I found the results to be negligible in comparison to the time/effort of using the product.

Each tube has a screw-type feed and a small brush at the end. There are 2 separate soft rubber mouth-pieces. These are crystal clear and soft and comfortable.The instructions are a little confusing.* The kit indicates visible results after the 2nd treatment, but there is no indication of how often you should do the treatments. Daily? Weekly?* The 2 mouth trays are designed for one to work with the blue-light and the other without. Instructions indicate that you can do either. It's not clear if there's any benefit to the blue light.* Instructions indicate to use for 15 minutes and indicates that the blue light shuts off after 15 minutes. However, in reality, the light shuts off after 10 minutes.Other things to be aware of:* The gel is difficult to apply to teeth if the teeth are wet, it just slides around. Try to dry the teeth.* You are indicated to put gel in the tray and on the teeth. I'm not sure how effective putting it on the tray is. Realize that you are putting a thin coat on the front of the tray, it's not like filling the tray with a paste.* The kit indicates that it can be used up to 120 times. Based on my usage - and I think I used the gel conservatively - I'm thinking that 30-40 usages is likely.* The gel has a neutral taste, no flavoring or anything. It's not terrible, but after a while saliva draws some of the gel into the back of your throat. It creates a bit of a burning sensation.

This teeth whitening system is easy to use. The instructions are not all that great, but you end up figuring it out after a couple uses. If you don’t over apply the gel, you can get many uses out of the supplied amount. To use, you twist the tube of gel until it comes out, apply some to the mouthpiece and some to your teeth, turn the LED light which shuts off in 10 minutes, then rinse off. If you don’t use the LED light, then you have to leave on for 30 minutes. It took about a week to notice any major whitening, but I’m guessing if you have darker stained teeth, then it would be more noticeable. Overall, it works well for the cost.
