It's Thorne, so of course it has quality ingredients and it's been third party tested. Great Brand and I trust it. These are small, easy to swallow, but and stated and expire for a year. Big fan of Thorne products!

I trust Thorne to provide exactly what it says on the label regarding ingredients and dosage . With other supplement companies, it can be a gamble. For several years I was taking another brand's zinc/copper that I was cutting down to 15mg of zinc per day. I was taking it to improve immune function, but it wasn't doing anything for the hair loss I'd see in the shower after shampooing. I switched to Thorne's zinc and after only a week the shampooed hair loss was cut down by 1/2 to 2/3rds; For me this is a definite keeper!
